Q1: Tell me about your self?
Ans: A good way to analyze the interviewer interest first and recall your most important accomplishments first to giving the answer.

For example:
"Good morning/afternoon/evening"
My name is Rohan.
As far as my education qualification is concerned, I have done Btech in Computer Science from UP Technical university , Lucknow, in the year of 2006.
I have completed my schooling from ssmv, Shahjahanpur.
As far as my job experience, I have 8+ year of exp in Software testing with both Manual and Automation testing. I have experienced of various domains like Insurance ,Banking,shipping and e marketing etc. In Automation testing i have working experience in QTP ,Selenium etc. I have an experience in various bug reporting tool like QC,Bugzilla and Zira etc. Currently i am working in xxx Company and here my designation is Automation test lead and handing a team of 8 members.
My job responsibilities are :
1.Analyzing the Manual test cases and identifying the Automation Candidate.
2.Calculation the effort estimation
3.Creating the Automation test plan
4.Resource alignment and dividing the task with in the resources
5. As well as i am working as an Individual contributor also.
6.Communication with the Manual testing team as well as client
7.Sending the daily status report to all stake holders.
8.Organizing various programme to learn new tools and technology for the team.

Q2. Why you want to leave your current job?
Please give that answer which shows your reliability with your current company. dont say "I need more money".
For example:
It's a career move. I have learnt a lot from my current job, but now I am looking for new challenges to broaden my horizons and to gain a new skill-set.

Q3: What is your weakness?
Ans:Please try to avoid say that i dont have any weakness and give that answer which show that you know your weakness but your weakness will not come as obstacle in your work.

For example:
you can say, "I used to be very disorganized, always forgetting assignments and birthdays. But I managed to work out a computerized system of to-do lists and reminders that keeps me on top of everything."AA

Q4: What is your strength?
Ans:
For example -these may be some great answers:
  • My main strengths are the ability to use my own initiative to take on challenges. I am always proactive at what I do and that keeps my mind simulated and focused.
  • My greatest strengths would be my intelligence and thoughtfulness. I believe that in every work environment you need to process every step and be detailed in your work.
  • My time management skills are excellent and I'm organized, efficient, and take pride in excelling at my work.
  • I always understand the value of time and I am always able to innovate. I listen to advice from others.
  • My greatest strength is my ability to focus on my work. I'm not easily distracted, and this means that my performance is very high.
Q5: Why should we hire you?
Ans:"I have a good experience in that particular field (field of your specialization) and I think, I have an excel wiz now to work fast and efficient."
